Destination Paradise is an 8 bedroom home, sleeping 20, directly across the street from the beach with spectacular UNOBSTRUCTED GULF AND LAKE FRONT VIEWS. You will enjoy one of the largest pool/decks in all of Destin, a HUGE 37' x 16' private pool/spa directly on the lake with over 1,200 ft. of pool deck. Our 4,300 square feet home with 1,000 feet of balconies/porches home is located directly on a spring-fed lake in a gated community on the largest lot in Destin (0.5 acre) with adjacent green space/gazebo. You are directly across and steps away from the sugar white sands and emerald waters of Destin’s finest beaches (and the Crab Trap restaurant).
The house contains 4 king beds (two masters with jetted tubs, walk-in showers, and private balconies), 3 queen beds, 2 custom bunk bed sets (i.e., 4 twin beds), and a queen size sofa sleeper - please refer to the floor plans contained within the photos.
There are two of everything at this home to make your stay more enjoyable and less stressful - two refrigerators, two front loading washer/dryer sets, two dishwashers, two master bedrooms, double oven, 55-60" TVs in the two large family rooms, and two master suites. LOTS of parking (8 or more cars). All smart TVs.
"Destination Paradise” is located in the prestigious Destiny neighborhood that offers a large community pool, tennis court, and basketball. The neighborhood is gated, offering additional privacy and security for you and your family.

We absolutely loved our time at destination paradise

by Cheryl and FamilyWe spent Christmas week 2021 at 4664 Destiny Way and were extremely pleased not only with the home but with our interactions with Echelon as well. The photos of the home and furnishings were accurate and up-to-date. The house was impeccably CLEAN. Because of Covid, our three-generation family group opted to prepare/eat all meals onsite. We pre-ordered groceries online which were ready for pickup on our way from the airport. Two refrigerators/freezers, a large stove and grill, and two dishwashers--as well as ample pots/pans and dishes--made meal prep possible and enjoyable. The location was perfect for long walks on the beach and for sunrise/sunset views. We all loved our accommodations. Also, we could not have had better interactions with Kelly at Echelon. We initially booked the property with a private owner who--prior to our visit--sold the property. Our concerns that the transition from one owner to the next would be difficult were unfounded. Communication with Echelon was excellent and immediate. The check-in process was renter-easy. Echelon made an initial onsite visit to make sure there were no questions or concerns and then were immediately responsive by text/email throughout our stay. We thought this was remarkable, particularly over Christmas. What a wonderful week!
