Luxury flooring flows seamlessly throughout the first level with upscale, contemporary finishes in an open floor plan of 5,644 square feet of pristine living space. Flowing lines are accentuated by beams of natural light through floor to ceiling sliders. The impressive four-story vertical footprint allows for unobstructed Gulf views from the top floor observation lounge featuring a deck with wet bar.
The pristine, neutral color palette is warmed by the elegant electric fireplace and textured furnishings that ground the living space accentuated with two conversation areas. Custom light fixtures and recessed lighting enhance the welcoming ambience. Generous proportions continue through the open kitchen featuring custom cabinetry beautifully anchored by the custom vent-hood, large kitchen island, and butler’s pantry. The Restoration Hardware table sits 12 people and an additional 6 seats are available at the kitchen island. Guest sleeping spaces are divided over the next two levels. The second level encompasses a balcony overlooking the pool area, the Main King Suite graciously adorned with a large, glass shower and delectable soaker tub along with two additional King Bedrooms - each with its own private ensuites with walk-in showers. Additionally, a laundry room with two full size washers and dryers is found on this floor. The second floor also has its own living area with television.
Third floor accommodations include a second Master King Bedroom with Two Twin XL Bunks and another King Bedroom both complemented by private adjoining baths with walk-in showers. Lastly, there is the Bunk Room featuring two queen-over-queen bunks featuring another private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The third floor also features a living area with napping sofa and Television.

The Fourth Floor tower features a gaming table as well as outdoor patio furniture on the top deck for lounging and soaking in the 180 degree gulf views.
