Responsibilities
full time opportunity
- Manage all aspects of the owner experience and relationship to include the complete the care and maintenance of top tier properties
- Act as liaison and between our owners and all departments of the company
- Inspect and arrange for maintenance and housekeeping to meet our best in class standards
- Maintain a positive, proactive and productive relationship with our owners
- Oversee properties’ personnel and assess its performance
- Work closely with Revenue Department and report periodically on financial performance
- Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective vendors to benefit the business
SKILLS
PROPERTY MANAGER
- Direct experience with high touch clientele and ability to provide white glove service
- One year proven work history as property manager
- Full understanding of property management and its many aspects
- In depth knowledge of local rules and regulations surrounding property management
- Be tech savvy with competency in MS Office and relevant software systems
- Client focus and bottom line orientation
- Interpersonal relations prowess with strong communication skills
- Well organized with excellent time management abilities
- Motivated, self starter able to persevere in the face of adversity
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Dependability, flexibility, accountability and versatility
Certifications & Experience
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Miramar Beach, FL 32550: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Propery management: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver’s License (Required)
Willingness to travel:
- 75% (Required)
