Not only is engagement and followers crucial to be a good fit for ELP, we also search for transparency (no paid for followers), authenticity, and quality content.
Quality is Key
When collaborating with influencers we envision quality content.
We require all media, from social content to website content, to be captured with professional camera equipment. This includes DSLR or cinema grade cameras, aerial photography, professional lighting, and professional audio equipment.
Cell phone footage is not permitted within the scope of deliverables under the ELP Influencer Collaboration Agreement (EICA).
Deliverables
Pre-Arrival
♦ A story/reel tagging ELP of what you are packing for your stay at the beach.
♦ A story tagging ELP showing where you will be staying with a link to the property and politely asking your followers to follow us.
During your Vacation
♦ Professional property tour 1 – (1 min) video walk through of you and your team/family touring the house; featuring the best highlights: views, pools, unique features

♦ All posts and videos must remain on your social networks for six months. You must also continue to follow ELP for 6 months.
All photos and videos (B-roll included) you acquire during your stay will be drop boxed to ELP [email protected]
Once media is uploaded ELP Luxury Vacations will own all rights.
