Sleeping up to 30 guests across 10 bedrooms, with 8 full and 4 half baths, this spacious home is ideal for family vacations, celebrations, retreats, and large gatherings. Enjoy easy access to the Gulf, with Montigo Beach Access only about four minutes away, while Seaside, WaterColor, and popular local dining are all close by.
The home pairs polished coastal style with comfortable spaces made for gathering. A bright great room opens to a beautifully appointed kitchen with a large island and generous dining area, creating an effortless space for everything from morning coffee to group dinners.
Outside, the private backyard is made for vacation days, featuring an oversized pool and sitting spa, massive outdoor screen, firepits, and cornhole. Inside, guests can enjoy multiple king suites, a spacious bunk room with queen, full, and twin bunks, ping pong, poker, and shuffleboard.
