Experience unparalleled lakeside luxury at this newly remodeled, three-story retreat, accommodating up to 16 guests, ideal for sophisticated family gatherings or elegant group getaways. Set on Western Lake, enjoy serene water views and breathtaking sunsets from sunrise to dusk. Begin your stay on the charming front porch swing or in the first-floor den with a sleek wet bar, opening to a screened porch with a gas fireplace. Outside, your private backyard sanctuary features a heated pool with a water feature, fire pit, BBQ, dining area, and ample seating for refined outdoor entertaining.
The first floor hosts three King bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, two offering direct porch access. Upstairs, a luminous living room with a gas fireplace flows to a balcony and a gourmet chef’s kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, complemented by an elegant dining area and half bath.
The second-floor Master suite boasts a King bed, soaking tub, glass shower, dual vanities, and a sun-drenched sitting area overlooking the lake.
The third floor offers a cozy lounge, three built-in full-size beds, and a full bathroom, while the two-story carriage house provides an additional luxurious retreat with a living area, kitchenette, King guest bedroom, full bath, and an upstairs playroom with lounge and game space.
