'Coastal Comfort' is a breathtaking 8-bedroom, 9.5-bathroom Gulf-view retreat nestled in Seacrest Beach, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 26 guests. With its prime location just a short walk from the beach, the home offers the perfect combination of luxury and convenience. Guests will enjoy a range of upscale amenities, including a private pool with a relaxing sitting spa, an outdoor kitchen, a game room, and garage parking, ensuring a memorable stay for large groups or families.
Upon arrival, guests are greeted by a charming front porch adorned with Adirondack chairs, setting the tone for this exceptional 3-story home. On the ground floor, two guest bedrooms provide comfort and privacy, while the expansive game room is a haven for entertainment. The game room is equipped with arcade-style pinball machines, a shuffleboard table, a wet bar complete with an ice maker and mini-fridge, and a cozy seating area featuring two large-screen TVs and plush furnishings. A sliding glass door opens to a beautifully designed backyard oasis. The tiled deck surrounds the private pool and sitting spa, where guests can unwind in front of a 65-inch outdoor TV. The outdoor kitchen, fitted with a gas grill, and the gas firepit encircled by comfortable chairs create the ideal setting for year-round alfresco dining and relaxation.
Ascending to the second floor via elevator or stairs, guests will discover the heart of the home - a spacious and stylish kitchen, dining, and living area. The interior design, featuring rich wood floors and a soothing palette of light blues, grays, and whites, creates an inviting atmosphere. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, including a large refrigerator, two dishwashers, an ice maker, dual sinks, and a Wolf 8-burner double oven with a gas range, making it a dream space for preparing meals. An eat-in island seats eight, while an adjacent dining table offers seating for twelve, ensuring ample space for group gatherings. The living area is a cozy space with two comfortable sofas and rattan chairs arranged around a 55-inch TV. French doors in one of the guest bedrooms open to a private balcony that overlooks the picturesque neighborhood. Additionally, a bunk room featuring two queen-over-queen bunk beds is conveniently located off the living area, perfect for accommodating additional guests.
The third floor is a serene haven with four beautifully appointed bedrooms and an additional living room. Two guest bedrooms each feature luxurious king-sized beds and private bathrooms.
