Top Notch and First Class

Our stay at Coastal Dream was just as we hoped and expected it to be. We were greeted upon arrival by Derek, a member of the Echelon staff, and given a thorough orientation. Everything about our stay was absolutely fantastic and delightful. From the personal attention given to us by the Echelon staff (Derek and Kelly) to the enjoyment of the house itself, we were not disappointed. The house is amazing. Every room was clean and well-equipped, truly luxurious. We slept well, lounged well, and enjoyed watching the MLB playoffs with our group of six adults. The heated pool was a special treat, as were the golf cart and bicycles. The beach is a very short walk from the house and beautiful. Several local restaurants were visited and we also cooked some meals in the amazing and well-equipped kitchen. This was truly a dream vacation for us. Thank you Echelon Luxury Vacations for a great experience!

Property Name Says It All!

This is truly an amazing property and only steps to the epicenter of all that 30A and its crystal waters have to offer. As a family of five with children ages 4 - 16, Coastal Dreams offered something for everyone. It was a \"beach glam\" and modern mixture with all of the luxury furnishings we have come to expect from Echelon Luxury Properties.
Upon our arrival, we were met by Carol with Echelon. She was both welcoming and informative. What other property entity greets you upon arrival??? NO OTHERS! Carol provided us with her direct number to call if there were any questions, issues, etc. With just the right finesse, she checked on us throughout the stay, which was an additional welcoming and reassuring touch. When booking with Echelon, ask for Carol!
Coastal Dreams was immaculately clean. With ample sleeping arrangement possibilities, there was ample luxurious space for multiple families or for just one family with twin boys who like to try out each one. Their favorite? The one bunk room with four twin beds... and one of the two bedrooms each with a king bed and two twin bunks... were so cool! Our teenage daughter claimed the entire top floor... the perfect teenage lair with a view and nightly oceanic symphony! Even stargazing is possible here... maybe Coastal \"STAR-FILLED\" Dreams could be her revised name of this beautiful home.
All the kids enjoyed the Eastern Lake access and floating the water streams to the ocean. After a day at the beach, it was so nice to lounge by the (heated) pool.
Our family stay at Coastal Dreams was memorable; memories were shared made possible by the quality home, quality stay, and quality management of this Echelon property. THANK YOU SAM AND CAROL AT ECHELON LUXURY PROPERTIES!!
