BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY

The property is very close to the beach. Just across the street, there is a gate that takes you on a short walk to the beautiful beach. The property provides a golf cart and bikes. That is a fabulous benefit to staying at the property.
POOL- The pool is a perfect size right as you walk in. They had people coming timely to keep the pool clean. There were ample chairs and a nice little outdoor shower with a bench on the front porch.
FIRST FLOOR - There is a beautiful king bedroom on the first floor with a bathroom. It was SO CONVENIENT to have a washer and dryer on the first floor. As you come in from the beach for the day, it is convenient to load the beach towels (provided) to wash to prep for the next day. There is an elevator to load groceries and luggage, which is super convenient.
SECOND FLOOR- On the second floor there are three bedrooms (if I recall); queen bedroom, king bedroom and bunk room, all with their own bathroom. All are decorated nicely. The utility room is on this floor complete with ironing board, iron, folding table, etc.
THIRD FLOOR - On this floor, there are two bedrooms. One bedroom has two queen beds with a bathroom/tub. Down the hallway is a little sitting area with a fancy coffee pot, refrigerator, couch and floor lamp with a door leading out to a balcony. The master is amazing. The king bed was soft, with a double sink vanity and amazing shower.
FOURTH FLOOR - Our favorite floor has a nice comfortable couch, plenty of kitchen accessories, bar area, etc.
What I love about the management company is that they left plenty of clean towels (TONS), multiple \"start up\" kits (TONS) and were so kind to be flexible with check out since there wasn\'t anyone staying that next day. Even though we didn\'t need much time, there was a personal situation that we had to deal with and they were SO KIND. The management company wasn\'t somewhere in a different state that was hard to get ahold of, they were right there when I needed them.
