Welcome to Endless Summer, a stunning new-construction coastal retreat where modern luxury meets laid-back 30A living. Spanning four levels of beautifully designed living space, this home was built for the kind of vacations people talk about for years: big groups, extended families, and friends who want to be together without ever feeling crowded.
With seven total bedrooms including a private in-law suite, multiple living areas across every floor, and sleeping accommodations for up to 20 guests, there is room for everyone to gather and room for everyone to disappear. Beverage stations on every level mean no one ever has to go far for a cold drink, and the chef-forward gourmet kitchen, outfitted with marble countertops, premium appliances, and a blue subway tile backsplash, turns shared meals into the highlight of the day. When the sun goes down, the gas fireplace anchors the main living space with a warm, inviting glow.
But the real magic of Endless Summer happens outdoors. Covered balconies on every floor offer quiet moments with a morning coffee or an afternoon read, while the crown jewel, a rooftop entertainment deck and sundeck, delivers panoramic coastal views, a fire pit for evening gatherings, and the kind of sunset you have to see to believe.
Back on the ground level, a private resort-style pool (with optional heating from October through May) provides the perfect place to cool off without ever leaving the property. A dedicated game room with ping pong keeps the competition going, and a private elevator makes all four floors effortlessly accessible for every member of your group.
When you're ready to venture out, Endless Summer makes it easy. The beach is just a short walk away, and an included six-seater golf cart and six adult bicycles put all of 30A's dining, shopping, and charm right at your fingertips.
