This luxurious abode boasts 6 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms, and 3 half baths, comfortably accommodating up to 18 guests. As you step inside, custom lighting fixtures cast a warm, inviting glow, creating an ambiance that is both elegant and welcoming. Every corner of this home is adorned with meticulously selected elements that elevate it to a true work of art. Here, you’ll be greeted by a spacious living area that seamlessly flows to a private beachfront pool and sun-soaked deck. Adjacent to the living space, a fully equipped kitchen and an inviting dining area await, providing direct access to the pool deck. A convenient half bathroom completes the ground floor.
Venturing to the second floor, you’ll discover pristine neutrals enveloping each room, creating a canvas of tranquility that allows the natural beauty of the surroundings to take center stage. The soft, muted tones of the decor evoke a sense of calm and sophistication, ensuring that your stay here is a serene escape from the world. Here the master suite is adorned with a king-size bed, a walkout balcony offering breathtaking beach vistas, and a generously appointed private ensuite featuring a walk-in shower and a soaking tub overlooking the Gulf. Down the hall, a washer/dryer set is at your disposal, and just ahead lies a bedroom furnished with two queen beds and a private ensuite. A few steps away, another bedroom awaits with a king-size bed, a private ensuite, and a balcony boasting Gulf views.
Ascending to the third floor, you’ll be greeted by the main living room, kitchen, and dining room, each affording direct access to a beachfront balcony. The living room, with its plush seating and bespoke fixtures, offers a seamless blend of comfort and style. Large windows frame the breathtaking Gulf views, allowing you to feel at one with the sea from the comfort of your own home. On the street facing side of the home, a half bathroom is conveniently located, followed by a bedroom boasting a full-size bed and a private ensuite. Also on this floor, you’ll find an additional half bathroom.
Journeying to the fourth floor, you’ll find a half bathroom just off the stairs, followed by a laundry room and a bedroom featuring two twin-over-queen bunks, complete with a private ensuite. Towards the beachside of the residence, the beachfront master suite beckons, adorned with a king-size bed, a private ensuite, and a secluded balcony overlooking the Gulf.
For your convenience, an indoor elevator is at your service, ensuring swift and effortless movement between floors – a thoughtful amenity, especially for those who prefer to avoid stairs. And as a special touch, your private pool can be heated (for an additional fee)! While it won’t mimic the scorching temperatures of a hot tub, it can be heated to a comfortable 89 degrees.
