The laundry room with extra counter space is conveniently located on this level. On the top floor, you’ll discover two more inviting sleeping spaces, each with two queen beds and one twin bed, all with standalone frames. They share a bath with a walk-in shower and vanity.

by Jennifer StellingThe house is beautiful and easily accommodated 8 of us. I especially loved the pool and the outdoor areas. The inside is decorated by Melanie Turner and is flawless. It has an Alys Beach feel with all of the benefits of being a quick walk to the beach and great Rosemary Beach restaurants and shopping. This was the perfect place for us to talk, laugh and really catch up. I cant wait to go back!

by Lee Anne SextonWe are repeat visitors to this home both in the summer and in the fall. The house is stunning and right out of a magazine. It is well stocked and perfect for multiple families or a large group of friends. The location is perfect. You are a short walk to the beach and all of the fun restaurants in Rosemary and Alys. We enjoyed riding the bikes as well. To top it off, the swimming pool was the best way to relax at the end of the day. Do not miss this house. We will be back.

by Kathleen PonterThere\'s so many great things about this home, that it\'s hard to put everything in writing. It\'s a perfect retreat to share with another family. The house is set up perfectly to accommodate lots of children and also has enough room for the parents to have some privacy. The The kitchen has everything you need to cook at home. The dining room is large enough to accommodate a big group for meals. It\'s also the perfect space to work on puzzles and play board games. The pool is a great place to relax after a morning at the beach. I really can\'t think of anything negative to say about this property.

Plenty of room for a few families and a short walk or bike ride to the beach, the tennis center and all of the restaurants and shopping that Rosemary has to offer! We loved the private pool and the upstairs deck. It is impeccably decorated and very bright and cheery! We will definitely be back to Playa Blanca!

by Carrie ComptonI\'ve stayed in several homes along 30A and this house was the most beautifully decorated I have rented. Everything felt very luxurious. The bedroom layout is very good for two families. Lots of space to spread out. The pool is a huge bonus. Not as small as it looks either. The general location within Rosemary is great for those that like to walk around town. Its close enough to the beach side and close enough to the shops that you can get almost anywhere you need to within 5 minute walk. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Rosemary. It won\'t disappoint.
