Perfect Beachfront Getaway for Large Families

We had an amazing stay at Sandpiper\'s Retreat during the week of July 4th! The home exceeded our expectations. It appears to have been recently renovated and was beautifully maintained throughout.
Our group included 3 families (6 adults and 7 kids), and we had plenty of room to spread out. The house could easily accommodate another one or two families. We especially appreciated the variety of bedroom configurations, including bunk rooms and different bed setups that worked well for both kids and adults.
The pool was another highlight. It\'s pretty large for a beachfront home and was great for relaxing after spending time on the beach and with small kids that preferred the pool. The property included three complimentary beach chair rental sets, and we were assigned a front-row spot right by the water each day.
The beach itself is incredible, just like the rest of 30A. The water was clear, the waves were calm, and it stayed shallow far enough out that the kids and the adults could comfortably wade. The beach access was extremely convenient - just a 20-30 foot walk from the house followed by a flight of stairs.
There are several great restaurants within easy walking distance, and the included golf cart made getting around even more convenient when we wanted to explore a little farther.
Overall, we couldn\'t have been happier with the house, the location, or the service we received from ELP and our property manager. Everything was seamless from start to finish. We would absolutely stay at Sandpiper\'s Retreat again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic beachfront vacation on 30A.
