Simple and beautifully curated, this Seagrove Social does beach life the natural way. The down-to-earth decor and comfortable living space feels inviting and warm. In the mornings, stop by the local farmers’ market and seafood shops. When the sun goes down, cook your fresh finds in the outdoor kitchen while the kids swim and play. We love how close this home is to the beaches but when you’ve had enough sun and sand, take a dip in your own private pool!

GREAT week at the Beach

We had a large group (8 Adults and 8 Children) stay for a week at Seagrove Social and it was spacious and comfortable for everyone. The bedroom set up and bunk rooms were perfect for separate families. The walk to the beach is short and easy and the Seaside square and Publix are both short golf cart ride away. The kitchen was also equipped with everything we needed for the week. We loved this house! We will be back.

Family vacation - Two sisters with their kids and grandkids

The house was so comfortable and setup to accommodate our family of 14 adults and 6 children. It was nice to have 2 primary bedrooms, 2 bunkrooms and the remainder of the rooms all with their own bathroom and king beds. The beach access was super easy and very private and when not at the beach, the private pool and hot tub was enjoyed by all. The kitchen was the best - it was two of everything and plenty of space for all the cooks to work together! Enjoyed the bikes and the golf cart! This is our second trip using Echelon Properties - we will definitely use them again as this house was even better than the one we used last year.

Best House ever

This was our favorite house ever and we have been coming to the area for over 21 years. It was super close to the beach, the grocery store and Seaside. We loved having the golf cart because we drove it to the grocery store every day and the Pizza place called Slice of Pizza. Best pizza around. The area was very peaceful. There was 12 of staying at the house and we enjoyed having soo many rooms. The massive kitchen with the double refrigerator and freezers were perfect for our big family since we cook alot. We loved the house and location so much we already booked it for next summer 2023.

BEST HOUSE EVER!

We had 17 people; 9 adults, 8 children stay in this beautiful home for 5 nights. The home is perfect for multiple families as each family had have their own space across the 3 floors. The bedrooms are massive with king size beds and the two bunk rooms (1st floor off game room & 3rd floor) are perfect for kids and the 9 or 10 bathrooms are all extremely nice. The huuuge kitchen is better than the pictures and the outdoor kitchen off the pool area was insane nice! Location is perfect being 4/5 blks East of Seaside and across the street from a great / almost hidden beach entry. You can walk or drive the brand-new golf cart anywhere (or ride one of the 6 bikes). We travel a great deal and are hotel and house snobs at the highest level - this home did NOT disappoint and we will definitely rent it again.
