Ohana 2024

Our family spent a wonderful and memory filled week at Seagrove Sparrow 15-22 June 2024. The house was beautifully appointed with everything we needed. We are a family of 8 adults, 2 teenage girls and 2 young boys. The house has 6 bedrooms which meant each couple was able to have their own bed and bath and the kids shared the bunk room and one of the bedrooms on the lower floor. Each room was decorated with a beach theme giving off the vibe that we were not guests, but in our own home. The common living areas were comfortable and roomy and there was plenty of space for folks to grab a chair or sofa for texting, reading and quiet time. The ping pong table was a big hit and there were more than enough TV\'s for video games. Although the beach was closed due to heavy surf for most of the week our family enjoyed paddle boarding in the lake and swimming in the pool. We cooked every night in the gourmet kitchen that was supplied with more than enough plates, cookware, and utensils. We did bring our Waffle maker and large Air Fryer, which helped in the ease of making breakfast for the grand kids and French fries and chicken nuggets for lunch. The Golf Cart and bikes made it easy to transport gear to the lake or a quick way to go to take a trip to the local Ice Cream, Candy and Donut shops. Overall our stay at Seagrove Sparrow was the vacation of lifetime and the memories that we made here will be talked about for years to come.

Amazing Home and Location

Great home, perfect for a large group. 5 of the 6 bedrooms are ensuite and the 8 bed bunk room was great for the young people and has the 6th bathroom just outside the door. Main floor has the powder room right near the main stair hall. Great amenities, pool, ping pong, golf cart and bikes on request, smart tvs everywhere you\'d hope. Multiple family rm/living rm spaces, one on each floor. Laundry room on each level as well, which is huge for a large group. 3rd floor master suite is the ultimate retreat. Easy walk to the beach, accommodating staff. We do beach trips a couple of times a year and will definitely be coming back.

AMAZING Home! WILL Stay Here Again!!!

We have taken large groups to 30A for the past 8 years for Fall and Spring Break family trips. This was BY FAR our favorite home yet. It was breathtaking! It was so close to eastern lake AND the beach and you could even see the crystal water from 2 of the 3 upper bedrooms. It was beautifully decorated with AMPLE seating in all of the dens and kitchen areas. The beds were FABULOUS and every room had large, new TVs. The kitchen was equipped with incredible appliances, an air fryer, crock pot, great knives, and more - you name it! The downstairs was perfect for a large group of older kids and they felt like they had “their own space” and thoroughly enjoyed the ping pong table. The pool area was wonderful and large enough to host a Hibachi Chef for 18. We truly could not have asked for a more perfect house for our last Fall Break with the kids. THANK YOU for this wonderful home and for the EXCELLENT customer service and attention to detail from Echelon. We will be using you first from now on!

Absolutely WONDERFUL!

All we can say is WOW! We were greeted with a smile and an opened door as we arrived for our week stay at the Seagrove Sparrow. The house is absolutely beautiful and immaculate! We loved the proximity to the beach and the quiet location. The outdoor area was so nice to wind down in the evenings and enjoy family/friend time. We will definitely be back! Thank you Kelly for always being so responsive and attentive. You are the BEST!

Beautiful home - perfect for large family

House was large and well furnished as advertised. Perfect for a family of 12 with room to spare and space to escape if desired! Clean and comfortable. Bunk beds were perfect for our many grandchildren. Pool, bikes and golf cart made visit even more enjoyable. Easy access to uncrowded beach.
