With ten bedrooms spread across this beach retreat, this home is a Frangista Beach dream with a private pool, multiple porch levels where everyone can congregate, and a variety of spaces made for games or group activities. The indoors boast a first and fourth floor game room, a dining table for 16, and a 5th story observation deck where you can watch the sun go down. But with the humid temps in Florida, you’ll likely be spending most of your time outdoors in the pool. There’s also a hot tub attached to the pool, and we see no reason why you shouldn’t pamper yourself with both on your vacation to relax and unwind.

Better than we ever imagined!

The Soggy Dollar was shockingly awesome from the moment we walked in. We were in awe of the kitchen and the dining room table was amazing! The size of the home allowed for complete privacy when we needed to get away, fun entertainment on multiple floors, a crazy well stocked kitchen and refrigerators everywhere. They cut no corners when it came to amenities. The location to the beach was just a couple minute walk with restaurants and shops within walking distance. We all agree that we would love to return sometime. We vacationed with 8 couples between 50 and 60 yrs old. Thank you for an awesome week!

Wonderful Property!

Beautiful home!

This was the 2nd time that our large family group stayed at the Soggy Dollar, and it was again a wonderful experience. The home is just beautiful and so very large! Everyone had their own space, but we also loved coming together in the huge kitchen & dining area for meals & board games. There is just short walk to the gorgeous beach, and the amazing pool area was used every day that we were there. We will be back!

Truly amazing!

When we booked the house, it was with a bit of trepidation because we had never spent that much on a rental for our family getaway. But we were not disappointed and in fact our expectations were far exceeded! It was perfect for our family of 26 ranging from age 62 to 6 months. The kids spent hours and hours in the pool and on the 4th floor game room. It was an easy walk to the beach and the chairs and umbrellas, golf golf cart and bikes that were provided were really helpful! The kitchen was well stocked, ice maker kept up and we were able to watch our favorite foot ball team win on the big screen by the pool. Go VOLS!! And the roof top was perfect to watch sunrise and sunsets. The house was very clean and well kept! Thank you for providing a place to make great memories! The Miller family

Amazing house!!

This house was absolutely stunning. It was even better in person if you can imagine that. We had everything we needed there. We did have one small issue with elevator because someone didn’t properly close door. I suggest not letting many people use it in case someone doesn’t follow directions how to work it. The kitchen had so many appliances and utensils. The pool and hot tub were great! Also prepare for lots and lots of steps!!

Beautiful House

This house was amazing and met all of our needs. It has a lot of “extras” so be sure to have the property manager explain them all to you including the operation of the sound system, TV’s, and elevator. The golf cart could use some mechanical work as we wanted to take it in the evening several times, but were unable to because the headlights and taillights were not working properly. We contacted the mgmt regarding this, but no one came to fix it. Every other issue we had was addressed very promptly. The pool is one of the best we have used in rental properties. We would absolutely rent this property again. We had a very memorandum enjoyable week!

Great property

This was a terrific property for our large family vacation. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed and completely met our needs. The outdoor space was the highlight of our stay. The pool and surrounding space made our vacation!
