Warm wood ceilings and an open-concept den create a welcoming atmosphere, with comfortable seating and an expansive wall of glass that blurs the line between indoor and outdoor living. This design floods the space with natural light and connects seamlessly to the backyard.

A secondary kitchen on this level is equipped with a custom island, refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, and drink cooler—perfect for hosting gatherings. A shuffleboard table adds a touch of interactive fun. Down the hallway, a striking pool bath with black sliced rock flooring is accessible from both the interior and the pool deck. An elevator services the first three floors, ensuring convenience.
