The Ivory Rose is a modern coastal retreat, just 100 yards from the beach. This 8-bedroom, 8.5-bathroom home in Miramar Beach sleeps 26 guests and offers luxury amenities including two outdoor kitchens, a private pool with swim-up bar and spa, pool table, rooftop terrace with expansive Gulf views, and gas fire pits.
The first floor features three guest bedrooms, a cozy lounge with leather sofas and a flat-screen TV, and direct access to a fenced backyard with an outdoor living area, full kitchen, and pool deck.
On the second floor, an open-concept living and dining space connects to a chef’s kitchen with Viking appliances and a marble waterfall island. The primary suite includes a soaking tub, and an additional guest room offers privacy. A balcony with a gas fireplace and dining space overlooks the pool.
The third floor has two king bedrooms, a bunk room with three twin-over-twin sets, and a lounge with a wraparound sofa, wet bar, and wine chiller.
A fourth-floor terrace crowns the home with Gulf views, a covered kitchen, Hibachi grill, and fire pit, perfect for evening gatherings by the gulf.
