Step into the first floor, where a cozy living space awaits, complemented by two guest bedrooms and convenient laundry facilities. The private lanai beckons with a half-covered resort-style pool, lounge chairs, and access to the outdoor kitchen equipped with a gas grill, mini fridge, ice maker, and a dining table—a perfect spot to soak up the sun or enjoy a refreshing swim.
The second-floor main living space is stunning and exudes modern luxury, featuring an opulent layout that seamlessly blends the main living, dining, and kitchen areas. Adorned with 200-year- old wood beams and shiplap walls, the great room offers a warm atmosphere with an oversized sectional couch, armchairs, and a large fireplace. The gourmet kitchen boasts designer cabinets and a stylish dine-in granite island. This floor also hosts two guest bedrooms and provides direct access to the front balcony.
Ascend to the third floor, where three bedrooms await— including a primary bedroom with a soaking tub, a guest room, and a bunk room. The floor also boasts a full-sized laundry space, a private TV room, and a balcony for moments of relaxation.
