Welcome to YOLO, a beautifully designed coastal retreat nestled on the south side of 30A in Rosemary Beach, offering breathtaking ocean views and an unbeatable location just steps from the Gulf. A private gate from the home’s pool and entertaining courtyard opens directly onto Rosemary Beach’s private Beach Access A boardwalk, providing stroller- and wheelchair-friendly access and an incredibly short walk to the sugar-white sand and emerald waters.
Guests of YOLO enjoy access to Rosemary Beach’s exceptional amenities, including a private beach (with the option to host beach bonfires through RB), a well-appointed fitness center with classes such as yoga and massage services, three outdoor community pools, a heated indoor pool, and the beloved Rosemary Beach Racquet Club featuring eight lighted Har-Tru clay courts. The home is also perfectly located within walking or biking distance of Rosemary Beach’s charming shops, restaurants, and entertainment.
YOLO Main House
The main house offers four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, thoughtfully designed for comfort, convenience, and relaxation. Upon entering, you’re welcomed by a stylish foyer with custom artwork and storage for your everyday beach essentials. An elevator services all three levels, making it easy to move luggage, groceries, and vacation gear throughout the home.
The first floor features a serene King guest suite with a luxury mattress, en-suite bathroom, and peaceful views of the pool, spa, and ocean beyond—perfect for guests who prefer easy access to the outdoor living space. A charming bunk room nearby includes two Twin XL over Twin XL bunks, a private en-suite bath, and Smart TV, making it ideal for kids or teens. A full laundry room is also located on this level with direct access to the private courtyard.
Step outside to the heart of YOLO’s outdoor living area, where a resort-style pool and spa, outdoor fireplace, grilling station, and alfresco dining for fourteen await. From the courtyard, guests enjoy rare, direct access to Rosemary Beach’s private boardwalk—just a few steps from the sand.
The second floor offers a peaceful sitting area with a balcony overlooking the community park, perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee. Inside, the carriage house welcomes you with a full kitchen and vaulted ceilings, creating an open and airy feel. The living area includes comfortable seating, bar dining, and a large Smart TV.
