Collab, Get Local, Lifestyle

Welcome to 30A Ladies!

We Are Travel Girls is a community of adventurous women, dedicated to inspiring, connecting, educating and empowering female travelers around the world. In a joint collaboration with KEY.co, we were able to host these seasoned and luxury travelers at one of our finest Gulf Front Homes on 30A, Devonshire West.

Devonshire West

Nestled within Seacrest’s exclusive Camp Creek Lake enclave, Devonshire West stands as a beacon of coastal elegance, offering 90 feet of breathtaking, pristine beachfront. Upon entering through the gates, a serene Garden Courtyard with a sparkling tiled fountain welcomes you, setting the stage for a luxurious beach retreat.

This magnificent home epitomizes coastal sophistication, showcasing impeccable design and craftsmanship. Step inside to discover Venetian plaster walls, coffered wood ceilings, and arched entryways that lead to expansive living and dining spaces with thoughtfully curated luxury features. As you enter Devonshire West, you’re enveloped in a symphony of colors and mixed textures, where natural lighting, wood, and glass blend seamlessly to create an atmosphere of unparalleled coastal luxury. Perhaps the most stunning is the Euro-Wall Folding Glass System, seamlessly merging indoor and outdoor living, creating an effortless flow to the beachfront den where panoramic views of the emerald Gulf waters mesmerize.

Entertain with ease in the gourmet kitchen, featuring custom white cabinetry, Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, quartz countertops, and a striking geometric tile backsplash. Wet bars in the living room and beachfront den add convenience to gatherings. A guest suite on the first floor offers an exclusive retreat, while the upper levels house the luxurious master suite with a private sitting room, coffee bar, and spa-like bath. French doors open from the kitchen to a covered gulf-front porch, perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze and stunning sunsets.

Additional features include a private IPE beach walkover leading to the pristine shoreline. Devonshire West’s location on 30A’s East End ensures unrivaled privacy while being just minutes from dining, shopping, and activities in nearby Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. This is beachfront living at its finest—a harmonious blend of luxury, privacy, and natural beauty.
