The latest addition to ELP’s luxury portfolio is the most expensive property ever listed along Northwest Florida’s coast. Constructed of poured concrete on a concrete block, the three-story home was built by local developer Ben Giles, working with Cronk Duch Architecture and Archiscapes. The $25 million home in Seagrove boasts the largest private pool on 30A, an elevator, four fire pits and offers direct access to the sugar-white sands. There’s even a private elevator to take you from the rooftop down to the wine cellar to peruse the 300 vintage bottles stored there.
